The Denmark international, who had been out of action since giving birth to her daughter in October, came off the bench in the second half to help secure the victory. In a touching moment after the game, Madsen's boyfriend, Martin Thomsen, proposed to her on the pitch. "I've been waiting for this moment for so long now, a year," Madsen told the BBC. "Today my little baby is turning five months so it is so nice to be back. Ending off with my boyfriend asking him to marry me, that was a little twist - I did not expect that."
