West Ham Manager Criticizes Fullkrug's Outburst: "Not Helpful"

Graham Potter

West Ham United manager Graham Potter has reprimanded striker Niclas Fullkrug for his recent public criticism of teammates' lack of motivation during games. In an interview, Fullkrug accused several of his teammates of not listening to Potter after the team conceded a late equaliser against Southampton last weekend. Potter, however, believes that such criticisms should be kept private, stating that they are not helpful to the players or the club. West Ham have struggled recently, collecting just 13 points from 13 league games since Potter took charge in January, leaving them 17th in the Premier League table. They face 10th-placed Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.
