Amorim: Belief Key to Success Despite Prize Money

Casemiro, left, and Mason Mount, second from right, both scored in Manchester United's 4-1 win over Bilbao

Manchester United booked their place in the Europa League final with a 4-1 win over Athletic Bilbao, securing a 7-1 aggregate victory. The Red Devils struggled in the first half and were 1-0 down before rallying late on thanks to two goals from Mason Mount, either side of efforts from Casemiro and Rasmus Hojlund. Coach Ruben Amorim admitted his side's unpredictability, stating that the belief and feeling of winning a title is more valuable than any financial gain. United will face Tottenham in the final, with the winner securing Champions League qualification for the 2025-26 season. Mason Mount, a £55m arrival from Chelsea in 2023, scored his first goals at Old Trafford, turning in a quick effort for the equalizer and finding an empty net from 45 yards for the second. Despite United's struggles against Tottenham this season, they remain ahead in the table.
