A 53-year-old man has been arrested after a car hit several pedestrians, including children, during Liverpool FC's Premier League victory parade on Water Street, Liverpool. The incident, which is not being treated as terror-related, left 27 people hospitalized, with two seriously injured. Witnesses reported seeing the car plowing through the crowd at a speed of more than 20 mph. Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and local authorities are currently investigating the incident.
