Brighton & Hove Albion striker Danny Welbeck achieved a personal milestone by scoring 10 Premier League goals in a single season, breaking a 17-year drought, in a 2-0 victory against Wolves on Saturday. Welbeck's tally comes in his third consecutive Premier League season with 29 appearances, setting a new personal record. His goals have proven crucial, putting his team ahead or drawing them level in his past nine league goals. Brighton teammate, German midfielder Brajan Gruda, scored his first goal for the club in a 59th-minute substitute appearance. The victory keeps Brighton's European aspirations alive with two games remaining, against Liverpool and Tottenham.
