Manchester City have agreed to a 55m euros deal with AC Milan for Netherlands midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, who will sign a five-year contract at Etihad Stadium following personal terms agreement. Subject to medical, the deal includes additional payments based on clauses. City aims to complete the deal before the Club World Cup, starting on 14 June, as Mateo Kovacic and Kevin de Bruyne's injuries have weakened midfield positions. Reijnders scored 15 goals in 54 matches last season, earning him Serie A's midfielder of the season accolade. Known for his versatility and efficiency in tight areas, the 26-year-old's arrival will offer Pep Guardiola more options in midfield.
