Meanwhile, Premier League clubs, including Manchester City and Arsenal, are reportedly circling Real Madrid's Rodrygo, 24, amid rumors of a rift with club staff.

Manchester United's Joshua Zirkzee, 23, is a summer transfer target for Inter Milan following his underwhelming campaign. Liverpool will not entertain an £850,000 offer from Real Madrid for defender Trent Alexander-Arnold, 26, who is keen on a move to Spain. Newcastle has edged ahead of Chelsea in the race to sign English defender Marc Guehi, 24, from Crystal Palace.

Bayern Munich has agreed a fee with Bayer Leverkusen to sign Germany center-back Jonathan Tah, 29. Barcelona is keen to compete with Arsenal for Espanyol goalkeeper Joan Garcia, 24. Barcelona is willing to offload up to eight first-team players to finance transfers and new contracts.

RB Leipzig's Xavi Simons, a 22-year-old Netherlands midfielder, is ready to leave the club this summer despite signing a permanent deal in January. Bristol City aims to retain striker Nahki Wells, 34, for next season after failing to secure promotion to the Premier League.
