Sahin shares his experiences, praising the course's extensive football knowledge and diversity, while Clichy discusses the benefits of learning from individuals who started in amateur football. Guest speakers at the conference include Wales men's head coach Craig Bellamy, Rangers boss Russell Martin, and two-time World Cup winner Brandi Chastain. The course aims to be a stepping stone for Welsh coaches, particularly women, and to change the game by fostering an environment where top men and women in football can learn together.
