Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes and Liverpool's Mohamed Salah are among six nominees for the Professional Footballers' Association's Players' Player of the Year award. Salah, aiming for a record-breaking third win, is already the Premier League Player of the Season. Liverpool teammate Alexis Mac Allister and Newcastle United's Alexander Isak are also on the list, with Isak earning his nomination after scoring 27 goals in 42 appearances to help Newcastle qualify for the Champions League. Fernandes scored eight goals and provided 10 assists for Manchester United, despite the team finishing a disappointing 15th in the Premier League. Chelsea's Cole Palmer and Arsenal's Declan Rice complete the list of nominees, with the winner to be announced on 19 August in Manchester.
